Abstract
The Western Davenport Water Allocation Plan 2021-2022 replaces the Western Davenport Water Allocation Plan 2018-2021 which expired on 6 December 2021.
The new water allocation plan (WAP) was declared by the Minister for Environment on 6 December 2021 for a period of 12 months to allow continuity of water management and regulation arrangements while a review and revision of the 2018-2021 WAP is undertaken.
This information paper has been prepared to facilitate transparency and understanding of the changes made between the expired 2018-2021 WAP and the new 2021-2022 WAP.,
