History

This Unit was formed in Townsville. In November 1943, they departed in a convoy from Mt. Isa via Camooweal, Banka Banka, Elliott and Larrimah arriving at Fenton Airfield where they were deployed. They left the Northern Territory on 21 August 1945 and were disbanded at Wallgrove, New South Wales on 17 September 1945.,
