The Unit was raised at Keswick, South Australia in 1941. It moved to Winnellie in February 1942. Three months later, the Unit moved to the 45 Mile mark. It returned to South Australia in March 1943. After further service in Queensland, the Unit disbanded during March 1944 in Brisbane.,
