DH50J, G-EBFO being converted from floats to conventional under carriage at Mindil Beach. Pilot Alan Cobham, Mechanic Alan Ward. Departed Rochester UK on 30 June, arriving Darwin 5 August; visited Sydney and Melbourne. Again fitted with floats for return journey, departed Darwin on 5 September and alighted on River Thames adjacent to houses of Parliament on 1 October. First return flight ENG-AUS-ENG.,
