Sign indicating "Maluka's Grave" - Elsey Cemerety. The cemetery is located on east side of former Stuart Highway (road diverted circa 1980) about 1.5 km north of Warlock Ponds crossing - near first Elsey homestead site. Memorials at the cemetery were installed by the N.T. Force during World War Two. The "Maluka" (Boss) was Mrs Aeneas Gunn (author of 'We of the Never Never'), who died at Elsey in 1903.,
