Description
As Joint Management Partners the Traditional Owners and the Parks and Wildlife Commission are responsible for managing Tjoritja together. They care for the country by respectfully sharing cultural and scientific knowledge – recognising the importance of ’both ways’. The Partners want people to enjoy and learn about the Park as they work towards the goals of effective management, protecting the Park’s natural and cultural assets and creating inspiring, memorable and safe visitor experiences. Central to achieving these goals is supporting the economic development and social wellbeing of local Aranda people.,
