This report was commissioned by the Road Projects Division of the Northern Territory Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Environment to assess the archaeological potential of a series of gravel pits on Larapinta Drive west of Hermannsburg and Namatjira Drive back to the boundary of the West MacDonnell National Park in the Mereenie Valley. - Introduction,
