Abstract

This factual report details the results of the geotechnical investigation carried out on the existing pavement at Chainage 92.4 to 93.75km Stuart Highway, Northern Territory. The investigation comprised the excavation, logging and photography of four test pits (TP1 to TP4), supplemented by in-situ testing and laboratory testing on selected samples retained from the pits. Details of the field work and testing are given in this report.,
