Description
Russell McLellan, Stewart Gordon and Edward (Eddie) Jacobs bogged in blacksoil due to heavy rain.
It was taken on the Telegraph Line somewhere south of Newcastle Waters but north of what is now Tennant Creek.
The date was between 19 and 25 September 1927.
The two solo bikes appear to be Indian Scouts and the outfit (obscured) is an Indian Super Chief outfit.
