The ever-increasing and devastating impact gamba grass has on our unique Top End environment has prompted this submission. The threat to lives, livelihoods, property and the natural environment is massive.
The cost of improving management now will be significantly less than the cost of managing increased areas of gamba grass in the future. There needs to be strategic vision and government and community will to tackle the problem now, before it gets much, much worse. - Introduction,
